Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Broth

    500 ml

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Flour

    20 g

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Prepare all the ingredients

Onions cut into cubes and fry.

Mushrooms cut into plates and add them to the onions. Cook until mushrooms are soft.

Take a saucepan and melt the butter, pour in some flour and fry.

Then gradually, continuing to stir, pour in the stock and bring it to a boil.

Then add mushrooms and onions, all mix well and again bring to the boil. And cook 3 to 5 minutes.
