Salad with chickpeas and zucchini
This salad is more similar in taste to a hearty cold side dish in the heat. According to the wishes and taste, you can add a little garlic and cilantro.

Ingredients

  • Chickpeas

    2 cup

  • Zucchini

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    5 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    2 Tbsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Cumin

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Dill and parsley, salt , red pepper and black ground - to taste.

Chickpeas soak overnight. In the morning boil another water until tender 1.5 - 2 hours. Drain off water and cooled. Zucchini peel , cut into slices and fry in Rast . oil. Carrots cut into sticks and fry. Onion cut into half rings and marinate in Apple cider vinegar ,pre-salt it , mash with your hands, then rinse with cold water.

Tomatoes ( preferably meaty) cut into cubes and fry a little bit, so just grabbed and stayed almost in one piece. Cut the greens.

Combine all cooled ingredients and add spices , lemon juice. Salt to taste.
