Description
Delicious, spicy salad of young beetroot with mushrooms and garlic. The garlic in this salad can not add( for those who don't like, or , if necessary , to leave the house ). Will also tasty but not as juicy.

Cooking
Beet to boil or bake, cool . Peel and grate on a coarse grater. Add 2 cloves of garlic into the beets, pre-chopped him.
Chop and sauté mushrooms (I had previously roasted), salt to taste. Cheese to grate on a coarse grater.
In the pan with the mushrooms pour in the milk, add cheese and over low heat cook until it is homogeneous of milk and cheese.
