Beet salad with cheese-mushroom sauce
Delicious, spicy salad of young beetroot with mushrooms and garlic. The garlic in this salad can not add( for those who don't like, or , if necessary , to leave the house ). Will also tasty but not as juicy.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    2 piece

  • Mushrooms

    1 cup

  • Walnuts

    1 handful

  • Cheese

    150 g

  • Milk

    150 ml

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Beet to boil or bake, cool . Peel and grate on a coarse grater. Add 2 cloves of garlic into the beets, pre-chopped him.

Chop and sauté mushrooms (I had previously roasted), salt to taste. Cheese to grate on a coarse grater.
