Potatoes in pots
Flavorful and juicy, the potatoes with mushrooms, cooked in the oven in portion pots.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Mushrooms

    200 g

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Water

    150 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    4 Tbsp

  • Allspice

  • Greens

  • Salt

  • Ketchup

    4 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

Peeled potatoes cut into large slices

And put into each pot equally.

Boiled mushrooms cut into thin slices

And spread evenly over the potatoes.

Purified from the seeds and the stalk bell pepper cut into rings.

Carrots cut into slices. The garlic cloves chopped.

Onions cut into thick rings and fry in vegetable oil.

In each pot put equal parts garlic, a few onion rings with butter and pepper. Add 2 peas of fragrant pepper, 1 tbsp of your favorite ketchup.

In a glass of water (150ml), add 4 tbsp Kikkoman soy sauce ( 1 tbsp to 1 pot), stir and pour evenly (3-4 tbsp) vegetables, salt and mix well.

To cook vegetables in preheated oven at t 170-180 C for 1 hour. Readiness can be checked on the potatoes. Serve the potatoes in the pot, sprinkle with chopped greens. Bon appetit!
