Description

Onion shells
Snack food, which advantageously combines the flavors of spinach, cottage cheese, Parmesan cheese and pine nuts.

Ingredients

  • Bow white

    3 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Spinach

    400 g

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Parmesan

    100 g

  • Pine nuts

    50 g

  • Bread crumbs

    3 Tbsp

  • Spices

Peel the onions, cut each in half and dismantle the petals. The middle bulbs to use for any other purpose, it is too small petals. Fold the onion cups in a deep bowl

Pour the onion petals with boiling water for 10 minutes

Finely chopped cloves of garlic fry in vegetable oil Oleina 1 minute, until the characteristic smell

Add thawed spinach and sauté for another 3-5 minutes

Curd proteret through a sieve, add finely grated Parmesan, but not all. 1/3 of Parmesan to be postponed.

Add finely chopped pine nuts

... and spinach. Mix, to try to equalize the salt, pepper

Dump the softened onion petals, connect the edges, giving the shape of shells.

Put the shells in the form, greased with vegetable oil, sprinkle with remaining Parmesan and breadcrumbs. Bake in a preheated oven at 190C for 10 minutes.
