Profiteroles in the microwave

    150 ml

  • Sugar

  • Salt

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Chicken egg

  • Flour

Water, sugar, salt and butter mix in a saucepan. Put on fire and bring to a boil (butter should fully melt). Diminish the fire and for 1 time add all (!) flour. Stir vigorously for 2 minutes and remove from fire. Should get this ball. Allow to cool to room temperature.
