I offer you a recipe of a soup with mussels and pasta ptitim. Lenten soup turns out not less tasty than meat. See for yourself!

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    350 g

  • Pasta

    3 Tbsp

  • Mussels

    150 g

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

Cooking

Carrot grate, onion cut into. Fry in vegetable oil until soft.

Add the mussels and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Shred cabbage into strips and fry in vegetable oil 2-3 minutes.

Add tomato paste, pour 1 Cup of water and simmer on low heat until soft

Down in boiling water, drop the pasta ptitim and cook until tender.

After you add the braised cabbage, roasted vegetables with mussels., season with salt to taste. Cook on low heat for another 5 minutes. Feeding your desire to put in each plate with 1 tsp tablespoon of vegetable mayonnaise.
