Lenten borsch with prunes
Simple, hearty dish with the addition of prunes is perfect for your post.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    2 piece

  • Potatoes

    3 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Prunes

    150 g

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Spices

  • Cabbage

    0.333 plug

  • Tomato paste

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Cabbage cut into strips.

In boiling salted water to send the cabbage and Bay leaf. Cook for 8-10 minutes.

Finely chop the onion, carrot grate on a coarse grater.

Quickly fry the onions and carrots. Add the tomato paste.

Potatoes wash, peel, slice and add to the pot with cabbage. In a few minutes, add zazharku.
