Cooking
Chop the vegetables into strips, as desired checkered or cube as You like.
Fill the chicken with cold water and put it on the stove. When the water boils, remove the foam from the broth and diminish the fire. While cooking the broth, fry the vegetables.
In frying pan, pour vegetable oil and put onions. Lightly fry and add the carrots. Then sweet pepper, butter, tomatoes and tomato paste. The vegetables we cooked for 15 minutes.
The broth was prepared in 1 hour. With a slotted spoon take out the chicken from the broth and put away to cool, in the future we separate the meat from the bones.
In the boiling broth throws cabbage. When boiling, add the potatoes. Cook for 15 minutes. Put in a pan fried vegetables with tomato paste and continue to cook for another 10 minutes.
Add the beets and bring to a boil. Then sugar, vinegar, salt, Bay leaf, black pepper, chicken, garlic, parsley.
1 minute to give writing a rolling boil and switch off. Give the soup to stand for 20 minutes without closing the lid (otherwise the soup will lose its colour).
