Soup with mushrooms and beans

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Corn grits

    4 Tbsp

  • Broth

    2 l

  • Beans

    1 can

  • Vegetable oil

The first thing to put to cook the mushrooms. I had a white (frozen). Peel the onion and finely chop.

Pour into a preheated pan with oil.

Fry until transparent onion.

To the onions add the corn (in the original flour, but I didn't have it). Fry for 3 minutes.

Next to the mushrooms add the onion sauté. Bring to boil, then add the beans. Again bring to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. The soup is ready!
