Sorry no photos as I prepared the dough... a bit late. In the butter add the flour (preferably sifted), add cinnamon and chop with a knife until fine crumbs... then add 1-2 tbsp of water (I had one) and knead the dough... in the process, I'm still a little flour added a little bit literally, but you do see along the way. Make the ball and in the fridge for 30-60 min.
Already chilled the dough right in the form distributed by hand.
Fork beat it in the oven for 15 minutes at 180 degrees.
After 15 minutes take out of oven and let cool in the form.
Kiwi cut into thin slices.
Prepare the cream. Mix water, cream and sugar, put on the fire until dissolved last. Bananas grind in a blender or mash these with a potato masher for the mashed potatoes, I)) (the blender was broken!). Add them to the previous mixture, mix well... add starch, cook until thick! Now well and let cool... done!
The cream spread on kiwi... decorate to your taste... put them in the cold for a while, and yum yum yum!!!
