Stew in Chinese
This recipe is one of my favorites, especially the sauce, which I often use in filling a variety of side dishes. Everything is prepared quickly and the result will not leave anyone indifferent. Try it, I'm sure you, like me, will love this recipe!

Ingredients

Cut with a leek leaf part, leaving for further work only the stem. It cut into small pieces (in my case there were 4 "hemp"). Next, each part cut lengthwise to make a "polypenco". So it will be much easier to chop the leeks.

Now start making the sauce. As you know, med is completely different in taste and texture. I'm not particularly fond of lime/floral/with various additives in the form of Royal jelly and pollen. My favorite is buckwheat - it's a little tart, with a slight bitterness. In my opinion, very well suited to this dish. BUT you can use one that you already have the taste of ready meals that does not spoil. Most often the med over time, candy. Therefore, in a deep bowl, I put I needed a number of honey and put in the microwave for just under a minute. Better to keep track of time and to prevent the "boiling" of honey. We need to it was liquid.

Soy sauce, as well as the honey has a different taste. In my fridge is always the classic Kikkoman soy sauce, so the participation in the contest "Christmas tradition" is doubly enjoyable! To melted honey I add exactly the same amount of soy sauce and stirred.
