Delicious homemade cookies, gently melting in the mouth, with a rich flavor of prunes.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Rice flour

    100 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Prunes

    80 g

  • Sauce fruit

    80 g

In zapesochny bowl, mash the soft butter with the sugar, add a little salt, egg and mix. Stir in flour mixture (two kinds of flour+baking powder), knead soft, not crack the dough.

Put the dough in the fridge for 2-3 hours.

Prunes rinse well (do not soak, should remain crisp), grind into a paste along with plum sauce, store in the refrigerator.

"Rested" roll out the dough into thin (3-4 mm) layer (the dough was not torn, it is convenient to roll out between two sheets of baking paper (in my case, Teflon baking mats))

On the rolled out layer of dough spread a thin layer of plum mass.

Tightly roll up the roulade, "wrap" in foil. While the blank is soft, it is possible to form the desired shape of the biscuits (put a blank in the vacated from the bag a box (square, triangle), lock). Remove the billet in the fridge (for a day, the dough is loose, should be well frozen).

Over time, the workpiece is well frozen, slice across, with a thickness of 0.7 - 1.0 cm, place on a baking sheet at a "safe" distance (during baking the cookies will increase in size).

Bake cookies at 180 degrees, 15-17 minutes, hot cookies are fragile, remove with a spatula.
