Ingredients

  • Apricot

  • Chicken egg

  • Brown sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Almonds

    15 piece

  • Olive oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Cream

    0.66 cup

  • Vanilla

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

For dessert, take the rice varieties Jasmine from "Mistral". This rice is ideal for desserts. Boil the rice until cooked.

Grind the almonds with a knife.

Of apricots and cream prepare in a blender and puree.

Add in puree vanilla.

Rice mixed with nuts and butter, mix well.

Pear cut into slices.

In greased with vegetable oil form, spread half of the rice and nut mixture.

Then lay the pears on pear apricot puree. Top remaining rice mixture.

Whisk the eggs with the sugar (2 tbsp)

Pour the egg mixture on top of the rice. Sprinkle with the remaining sugar and put bake in a preheated oven (190 deg.) until Golden brown (20-25 minutes depending on oven)
