Cooking Hutsul
Delicious and healthy vegetable snack that is loved by me.

Ingredients

  • Beets

    3 piece

  • Beans

    1 can

  • Prunes

    300 g

  • Vegetable oil

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

For cooking the beets must be boiled. I did it in a double boiler. (Carrots I cooked for another dish). Beets to cool.

The required number of prunes pour boiling water. Cover and let stand for 15 minutes.

Beets peel and cut into cubes. I did this using slicers.

Prunes drain, cool and cut into small pieces. I do this with kitchen scissors, so it turns out faster.

Put in a salad bowl, beets, prunes and canned natural beans, salt, pepper, season with olive oil (or any vegetable), mix everything thoroughly.

Cooking ready. The dish is delicious and very easy to prepare.
