Cupcake
The main advantages of this cupcake: quick, tasty, very flavorful. Lemon and spicy notes of cinnamon and nutmeg... And yet, when you replace just one ingredient, it turns out Lenten recipe!

Ingredients

  • Potato starch

    50 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Milk

    200 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    50 ml

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Nutmeg

    0.5 tsp

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Dried fruits

    100 g

  • Lemon juice

  • Lemon peel

Chop the dried fruit.

Mix the potato starch and flour, add the spices (knowing people speak, what else is good to put 1 tsp of ginger), baking soda, dried fruit, lemon zest, stir.

In another bowl mix the milk (or Apple juice), add the butter and squeezed lemon juice. Combine both mixtures and beat for about a minute.

The mixture obtained as thick cream. Pour it into the form (if the normal lubricating oil, if silicone, then sprinkle with a little cold water). The advice from dog-rose: never buy Chinese silicone mold! Bake at 180 degrees, check with a toothpick.
