Description
Recipe rare: because it's so delicious and because Banana Bread is usually sour cream no bake! I have found its prototype in the collection of the recipes of Martha Stewart! But in the US the name Martha Stewart is known not less, than we have the name of Alla Pugacheva. No, she's not singing, she's making money on everything, including cooking programs on TV and recipe books.. in Short she was named one of the richest women in the United States. Cooking
I think that not only me would be like a bunch of bananas, uliassi their in a vase for fruit! The household have already pointed to them starts being covered with death spots from the skin, most can't eat everything (!), so I was about to carry them to the green tank for food waste... But then I remembered about the banana bread every morning and bought Breakfast somewhere in new York or Sydney, paying for a loaf approximately $ 2. "And what would these bananas made practical Martha Stewart?"- I thought, and opened her recipes.
So, it was decided to scrape the bottom of the barrel and add the bananas, flour, butter, sour cream, sugar, salt, vanilla, walnuts, baking powder and eggs! Can handle! It was necessary to turn on the oven to heat up to 175 degrees and grease a cake pan!
Then I had to beat with a mixer butter (room temperature) with sugar until "fluffy" and add to eggs. Beat as it should again. In another bowl, mix the flour with salt and baking powder. Add flour mixture to egg-butter, whisking a few minutes until smooth.
Three bananas, cut into small pieces and with a fork, mash to puree state. One banana to keep intact. To introduce banana puree, sour cream, vanilla and nuts to the mix and mix well with a fork.
Slice the last banana into pieces and pour it into the dough with a fork.
Bake for 50 minutes at 175 degrees, and then 20 minutes at 100 degrees. Remove and allow to cool in pan for 10 minutes. Only then chop!!!
Just then I went to visit my colleagues!!! Very happy banana dessert!!! So right Martha Stewart: "make it work!!!"
