Description

Generally, it is leverets. Honestly. But my husband, going into the kitchen, first said, "Oh, what the snowmen" (well, not really with your vision of the guy), and later called them pigs. Very simple, I would even say the most simple way of feeding meals with salads (except for decoration). Found on the web.

Cooking

step-0
Here's our simple set of products. Tarts, of course, you can cook for yourself, but in the Christmas cooking rush, I think this can not bother. Quail eggs are set on fire, and in the meantime make tartlets.
step-1
Pate I took a chicken. Not from the liver, namely from chicken. It is different in texture, more airy or something. Fill tarts half pate.
step-2
The pate is slightly pushed in walnut.
step-3
On top of melted cheese. It is better to take natural, without additives, so as not to "contaminate" the flavor. The combination of pate-cheese is very good!
step-4
Now decorate. Boiled quail eggs clean. From one protein to cut "ears" for everyone else. In eggs, closer to the sharp end, make a small cut, brush lightly with cheese for a better grip and insert "ears". Eyes and nose were asked to make from poppy seeds or black sesame seeds. I didn't have neither one nor the other, unfortunately. I had to flee gel dyes. They are certainly sweet, but a couple of points on the taste is not affected. By the way, this hare, my MCH is generally a deer called.
step-5
With all the eggs done the same thing. "Shrink" rabbits on the tartlets, decorate with parsley and serve!
step-6
That's all! The rabbits-bunnies... white:)) the Most difficult to decorate. But the process is addictive)) enjoy your meal and happy holidays!
