Fried Camembert with cranberry-plum sauce
I love cheese in any and every way! And grilled cheese, and with such a sauce - just delicious! Perfect with a glass of wine!

Ingredients

  • Soft cheese

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Bread crumbs

    4 Tbsp

  • Drain

    4 piece

  • Sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Honey

    1 Tbsp

  • Sunflower oil

Cooking

For the sauce: plum wash, separate the bones and chop.

Add to the skillet chopped and plum sauce wild cranberries from D ARBO.

Bring to the boil and cook for about 5 minutes. Add honey and cook for about a minute.

Cool slightly and grind in a blender.

With cheese, lightly scrape with a knife mold and slice with a thickness of about 1 cm.

The egg slightly beat with a fork.

To prepare the flour and breadcrumbs.

Each piece of cheese dip: egg, then flour, egg again and breadcrumbs

Fry in boiling oil for two minutes on each side

Spread on a napkin to remove excess oil
