  • Onion

  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Black pepper

    5 piece

  • Carnation

    5 piece

  • Vegetable oil

Cooking

Thawed capelin washed and filled with salt, sugar. Add the pepper, cloves and 1 tbsp. spoon of lemon juice. Gently stir and put into the fridge for the night.
