Cream soup of spinach
Delicate cream soup of spinach. Easy and hearty. I miss the winter greens)

Ingredients

  • Spinach

    400 g

  • Butter

    40 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Broth

    300 ml

  • Cream

    200 ml

  • Sweet white wine

    50 ml

  • Parsley

    4 sprig

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Nutmeg

Cooking

1. Onion cut into rings or half rings.

2. Carrots grate on a coarse grater (to quickly prepared).

3. Melt the butter in a frying pan, fry onions and carrots about 5 min.

4. Add the spinach (I had frozen and immediately crushed) and parsley. 5. Add the wine and spices (salt, pepper, nutmeg).

6. All pour broth, bring to a boil and simmer until vegetables soften (20-30 min.)

7. Soup to cool and grind in a blender. Back in saucepan, reheat, season, add cream. Bring to boil and remove from heat.
