Cake
Stunning cake with sweet cherry soufflé with cherries. The cake just melts in your mouth! And any difficulties in making it!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    7 piece

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Butter

    75 g

  • Yogurt

    2 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

    1 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Cherry

    300 g

  • Jelly

    1 pack

  • Cream

Cooking

The four eggs and separate whites from yolks. Proteins to leave (preferably in the fridge). Beat the remaining eggs (yolks).

Butter softening in the microwave, mix with sugar, add beaten eggs, yogurt, baking powder, vanilla and all good beat with a mixer.

The resulting dough pour in shape, covered with confectionery paper.

Bake in a preheated 160-180 deg. the oven for 35-40 minutes.

Biscuit needs a good Browning ( but not burn!)

Make the cream. Whites beat until stable peaks.

Dissolve powder to make jello in half the specified on the packaging the amount of water (hot!). I took 1 Cup of water ( to make jelly it was necessary to take 2 cups). This also add 2 tbsp sugar and stir everything until dissolved. If the jelly has cooled down a bit, it should heat up but not boil! Hot jelly pour a thin stream into the beaten egg whites (continuing to whisk)

and whisk for 5-7 minutes.

Cooled Korzh cut into 2 parts. Around the bottom of the set ring from the split form. On the cake put the cherries and pour half of the cream. Then put the other half of the cake and the remaining cream.

Put the cake to cool in the fridge. After cooling, remove the ring from the form.

Decorate as you can. I'm not a master of decoration, used whipped cream.

But this cake turned out in the cut. Very tender and tasty! The sponge is not completely dry. Try it! Bon appetit!
