Cottage cheese biscuits with dried apricots
Delicious shortbread cookies with cottage cheese, with a nice filling - dried apricots inside. The recipe is simple enough, so that the preparation of these cookies can handle even a beginner cook. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Chocolate milk

    50 g

  • Dried apricots

    200 g

Cooking

Dried apricots wash and, if necessary, to dissolve with warm water, then dry. Flour mixed with curd, sugar and softened butter until a homogeneous dough.

Roll out the dough to a thickness somewhere 3mm. cut into slices (or any other form which pleases).

In one circle put 1 dried fruit and cover with the second circle, to take the edge (I use scissors gave future the cookies the shape of stars). Put on jarovoy sheet with parchment paper. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 30-35 minutes.

To get out of the oven and let rest under a towel.
