Pork in mustard sauce
Our family love dishes with sauce. So I decided to provide you with delicious, spicy pork. It is easily prepared, and the sauce I was eating just bread. Was looking for this dish in the recipes "the kitchen Boy", but could only watch half of it. So, if I repeat, strongly do not swear, please.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    600 g

  • Mushrooms

    1 can

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Sweet white wine

    0.5 cup

  • Broth

    2.5 cup

  • Butter

  • Salt

Cooking

Meat cut into large pieces (approximately 10 cm), fry until Golden brown in a mixture of oil and butter.

In a frying pan in which meat was stewed, fry the onion, too, until Golden brown.

"Rested" the meat is cut into small pieces. Salt, pepper. Add it to the onions.

Add mustard, sour cream, wine, broth, mushrooms. All mix well. Cook 40-45 min on medium fire, stirring from time to time.
