Cooking
Chicken fillet cut into cubes. Add 1 tsp. of grated ginger, the juice and zest of one lime, red pepper, salt. Mix well. Leave for 30 minutes to marinate.
After the specified time to fry the fillets in a well-heated vegetable oil for 7-10 minutes. To roast along with the marinade until the liquid has evaporated. For a few minutes until cooked add the cashew, cumin, curry, barberry, chopped green onions.
To make lower the fire, gently pour into the pan 500ml hot chicken stock, let boil. If necessary, it needs more salt. Cover the couscous. Mix well. Remove from heat, cover. Leave on for 5-10 minutes. Stir again and finish.
