Vegetable pumpkin soup with lentils
Fragrant and spicy soup! Simple to prepare! What could be better during lent!

Ingredients

  • Lentils

    125 g

  • Pumpkin

    300 g

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    6 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Rosemary

  • Basil

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

Pumpkin, celery and onions cut into cubes.

In a saucepan, pour 2 tbsp olive oil and fry on medium heat the chopped garlic for about a minute stirring constantly. Then add the pumpkin and fry stirring constantly for about 5 minutes. Then add the celery and onion and again, stirring constantly, fry for 5 min.

After pouring 2 liters of water and add the lentils. All cook until tender about 15-20 min. Buriram in a blender, add salt and spices.

The soup is ready for consumption. Make nice and eat!
