A La clafoutis with pears and nectarines
The recipe is taken and adapted to my taste from the book "Cooking in a slow cooker". There it was called "Clafoutis with pears and plums", but having prepared it, I realized that on the classic clafoutis is a little similar, this is most likely the pudding turned out very tender and flavorful. Come under kat, help yourself.

Ingredients

  • Pear

    300 g

  • Nectarine

    200 g

  • Cranberry

    100 g

  • Corn starch

    4 Tbsp

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Milk

    1 cup

  • Butter

    10 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

Prepare our products. Fruit wash. The cranberries I took frozen, you can take fresh. Even here the fruit to pears, you can add any, the main thing here pear, originally offered with plums.
