Chicken curry
The portion of chicken, which we have called corny a drumstick, in India it sounds fine - drumsticks. Of these drumsticks is preparing a lot of delicious dishes.

Ingredients

  • Chicken's leg

    8 piece

  • Melted butter

    100 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Garlic

    4 tooth

  • Carnation

    4 piece

  • Black pepper

    4 piece

  • Cardamom

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Ginger

    15 g

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Turmeric

    1 tsp

  • Chili

    1 tsp

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Water

    300 ml

  • Salt

  • Curry

    1 tsp

  • Greens

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Set the multicooker mode "low volume". Heat the ghee in a bowl and fry the finely chopped onion, chopped garlic, cloves, black pepper and cardamom until Golden brown.

Stir into the mixture tomato paste.

Ginger RUB on a small grater, add it to the onions with tomato paste. Mix well.

Then lemon juice, turmeric and chilli. Mix well and place in a boiling mixture of the lower leg of the chicken. To change the mode to "Extinguish" and continue cooking with the lid closed 15 minutes.

To yogurt or sour cream, pour 300 ml of hot water, stir, season with salt.

Pour pieces of chicken. Simmer, stirring occasionally, about 30 minutes.

Before serving sprinkle with curry powder and fresh herbs.
