Sponge cake of
Sponge cake with a bouquet of roses! Being under impression of roses Olenka (Olga Babich), wanted to do the same thing, but thought, what did not work, and not a lot of free. So I went a little different route, in my opinion, less time-consuming and takes very little time.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    6 piece

  • Sugar

    2 cup

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Mayonnaise

    1 pack

  • Condensed milk

    0.5 can

  • Butter

    1 pack

  • White chocolate

    1 piece

  • Dark chocolate

    1 piece

  • Leavening agent

    2 Tbsp

  • Milk

    2 cup

The dough: separate the yolks from whites, beat yolks with sugar, add the mayonnaise, condensed milk, flour and baking powder. Separately whisk the whites to peaks and added to the batter. Divide into two parts and bake two Korzh (in a preheated 150 C. the oven approximately 20 minutes).

Cream: 2 cups milk mix with 0.5 cups flour and 0.5 cups of sugar. Cook until thick, stirring constantly. Divided into two parts - one part add the white chocolate, the other dark. Into the cooled cream (2 pieces) add half a pack of butter, whisk.

The resulting cake is cut into two parts along (it turns 4 laps).

Inside cakes coat of white cream.
