Chicken casserole
Wanted something delicious, but without the extra calories. Here's what happened...

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    3 piece

  • Mushrooms

    250 g

  • Carrots

    2 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Feta

    200 g

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Milk

    50 ml

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Mustard

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Green onions

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Them fillets in a meat grinder (you can also beef), onions finely chop, add raw egg, mustard and a little salt.

Stir until smooth consistency.

Mushrooms to wash properly.

Lightly fry with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, when the liquid evaporate and add the milk, a mixture of peppers and simmer for another seven minutes (without a lid).

While the mushrooms stew, carrots three on a coarse grater and garlic into small, add sour cream.

Do coat carrots with garlic and sour cream. And put in a preheated 180*C oven for 45 minutes.

Optionally, you can sprinkle the finished casserole with greens.
