Cooking
The lentils soak for 4 hours in water. Cook until tender. Strain the broth and leave 1 Cup for the sauce.
Onion cut into half rings, carrot grate on a grater, pepper cut into strips and fry in vegetable oil.
Add the chopped garlic, spicy red pepper, cloves, and salt. Sprinkle with all the flour, add the tomato, mix everything.
Pour the broth lentils (1 Cup), cook until thick. Then we fill the lentils cooked sauce and slightly warmed on the stove.
Get delicious and flavorful dish!
