Salad
Lazy Shawarma. I hasten to share with you the salad that I was recommended by a colleague. I cooked it for the first time, and as soon as tried-just remember Shawarma:flavorful, spicy, hearty. This dish can take with you on the nature or to cook on vacation.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    300 g

  • Pita

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Tomato paste

    2 Tbsp

  • Spices

  • Mayonnaise

    3 Tbsp

Cut the chicken in small pieces ( about 2x2) to Fry it in sunflower oil. Season with salt and pepper, add any spices. I had seasoning for meat. Broil 7 minutes, add the onion after you add the sauce (tomato paste, ketchup). Fry for 2 minutes and switch off.

Pita bread cut into strips (I used scissors). Parsley chopped (can do without it)

To add meat to pita bread, warm straight from the pan. Chop the cucumber, tomato, add chopped garlic (optional) I added. Add the mayonnaise. Shuffle! Bon appetit!!!
