Bean salad with walnuts
Simple but at the same time delicious and healthy salad or even a separate dish.. perfect for a Lenten diet: very hearty, but this dish will satisfy not "empty&am p;quot; calories and essential vitamins and minerals, and proteins.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    100 g

  • Walnuts

    100 g

  • Onion

    2 piece

  • Salt

  • Sunflower oil

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Soak the beans for several hours or overnight. I took the TM Mistral.

Cook the beans according to the instructions on the package. At the end of cooking salt.

Walnuts wash, dry the pan and chop not very finely.
