Prepare celery and cut into plates.
Prepare the marinade. Wine vinegar then mix it with the butter, add sugar and half of the minced garlic.
Pour this mixture into the celery, stir and leave for 25-30 minutes.
The rest of the garlic mixed with toasted and ground nuts.
Whisk the yolk a bit. The eggs must be very fresh. Otherwise it is better not to use it.
Get the celery from the marinade, if necessary sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix with a walnut - garlic ground. Pour the yolk. Decorate. The salad is ready.
