Cooking
In warm water dissolve 1 tbsp sugar, add the yeast and 100g of flour from the total quantity, stir. Cover and leave in a warm place for 1 hour.
Add remaining flour,2 tbsp sugar, the yolks and knead the dough, finally add the butter - the dough will be very soft, tender and absolutely does not stick to hands.
I usually use a square shape 16x16, but this time took the form of a heart. The bottom lay a parchment and hands spread on the bottom of the batter
Press the dough grapes, cover and put in a warm place for 1-1.5 hours.
Sprinkle the top with brown sugar. Put in a preheated 200 degree oven.
I was ready in 30 minutes - be guided by your oven.
