Pate of eggplant
I love eggplant. This recipe is from A. S. Karmanova. Tasty, simple and fast. Will appeal even to those who are indifferent to eggplant.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    2 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Mayonnaise

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Clear the eggplant, cut into circles with a thickness of 0.5 cm, salt and leave for 20 minutes.

Rinse , dip in flour and fry in vegetable oil. Spread on paper napkin to remove excess oil.

Fry onions and boiled eggs. In a blender grind the cooled eggplant, onion, eggs garlic. Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper to taste. And enjoy!
