Pork stew with spinach in a slow cooker
So, I've had a lot of dishes with spinach, but since in our village don't sell spinach, even frozen, I had no way to test them. And what was my surprise when in one of our stores I found, but still fresh!!! Of course, I immediately grabbed him, despite his price, and that's what got out...

Ingredients

  • Meat

  • Spinach

    500 g

  • Broth

    200 ml

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Cream

    100 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Curry

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

Onion and garlic finely chop.

In a slow cooker (I Multivarka VITEK VT-4215 BW) select the program "Roasting", set time of 30 minutes. In the bowl multivarki pour vegetable oil, close the lid and allow the oil to heat up. Then add the onion and garlic, fry until it will turn brown, not forgetting to stir.

While the onion is fried, slice the pork into pieces.

Add the pork to the onions, fry until the end of the program "Roasting", do not forget to periodically stir the meat.

Now pour the broth or water in a bowl multivarki, salt and pepper, add the curry, mix well and select the program "put out", set the time 40 minutes. Simmer meat for 30 minutes.
