Casserole of eggplant with minced meat
A delicious and hearty casserole prepared quickly, consumed even faster.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    3 piece

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Onion

    150 g

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Ketchup

    3 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Greens

    15 g

  • Vegetable oil

    50 g

  • Black pepper

Eggplant cut into slices with thickness of 0.7-1.0 cm, season with salt and place them in a bowl on top to press down the lid periodically to drain the resulting liquid.
