Cooking
Whisk sugar, yolks and yogurt
Melt butter and cool slightly. Add to the yolks. Beat.
To the flour add baking powder. mix well. To add to the mass. Beat with a whisk.
Separately, beat egg whites in a solid foam. Add to the dough. Stir with a spatula.
The shape of 30cm. lubricated with oil. Spread the dough. Smooth spatula.
Put the berries. I have red and black currants.
