Soup with couscous and spinach
Delicious, hearty and a little refreshing soup.

Ingredients

  • Pork ribs

    600 g

  • Water

    2.5 l

  • Couscous

    100 g

  • Cabbage

    300 g

  • Spinach

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Chili

  • Lemon juice

    2 Tbsp

  • Mint

    1 Tbsp

  • Rosemary

    0.5 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

1. Boil the broth from the ribs. Then remove ribs from soup and divide into serving pieces.

2. Carrots, onion, garlic, chili pepper clean and cut.

3. In vegetable oil fry the garlic and chilli. Then remove the vegetables, oil leave.

4. Garlic butter fry onions until transparent. Add carrots and saute until tender.

5. White cabbage cut into strips.

6. In the hot broth add the browned vegetables.

7. Then the cabbage, cook until soft.

8. Continuing to cook, add to soup, cous cous, washed and chopped spinach, mint, rosemary and lemon juice. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Cook until cooked.
