Soup
I love lasagna for endless variations with the filling and taste great with any of them. And therefore, finding in the journal "RUSSIAN FOODIE" recipe of soup with the same name, just couldn't go past it. And not for nothing, I tell you. The soup turned out excellent, very full bodied, bright and flavorful.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Tomato

    9 piece

  • Broth

    1 l

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    3 Tbsp

  • A mixture of spices

  • Parsley

    1 coup

  • The dough is fresh

I can say that the dough for the soup, because this soup is lasagna, you can take any. Can ready, that which you yourself love to cook. You will need it at the end of cooking. So, prepare the soup. Heat 1 tbsp oil. in a large saucepan. Add the beef, season with salt and pepper, fry until uniform in color, separating the clumps with a wooden spatula. Pass the meat in a separate plate.

In the same pan add 1 tbsp oil and fry finely chopped onion until soft. Then add the garlic and cook for another 1 minute.

Add to the onions and garlic, broth, tomatoes, tomato paste and roasted meat. Season with salt and pepper, bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer under cover for 20 minutes.

Then add to the soup smashed to pieces the sheets of dough for lasagna, if you use frozen. I prepared the dough itself, so when cooking soup thinly unrolled about 200 g of the dough and cut it into small squares. Pour into a soup 250 ml of water ( preferably hot ) and cook to readiness test. In the end, add finely chopped greens.
