Long ago I saw this recipe in a cookbook, but never got around to prepare. Now decided, and prepared. The results exceeded my expectations.

Cooking
Cut the meat into cubes and fry.
Onions cut into rings, garlic skip through the press. Onion, garlic, tomato paste and ground red pepper add meat and fry all together for few minutes.
Add cumin, salt. Cover with the broth. Simmer on low heat for 1.5 hours.
In a pot heat ghee, put sauerkraut. Add sugar, a little salt and wine. Simmer for 15 minutes.
Potato peel, grate on a coarse grater, add to sauerkraut and simmer for another 10 minutes.
Sauerkraut mixed with meat and add sour cream. Bon appetit!
