For us, accustomed to zucchini baking, frying, etc. But I want to share with you a very original recipe that will not take much time. Salad of zucchini, delicious, easy to prepare. Cooking
Cut the squash. In a big bowl put the sliced zucchini, sprinkle with salt and leave for 20 minutes. Well then wring out the zucchini from juice and spread on a cloth.
On a fine grater grate the fresh ginger.
In a pan heat the oil, put chili, garlic, ginger and fry for 30 seconds. Add the zucchini.
To the zucchini add soy sauce"Kikkoman", rice vinegar, sugar. All mix well and simmer for 2 minutes.
Sprinkle with green onions left in the pan for 1 minute. Then spread on a plate, sprinkle with sesame seeds and served hot on the table. Help yourself!
