This salad was born in my head on the way from the Crimea - we bought there a lot of vegetables, and on arrival home I made it! Try it! We liked it very much!!!

Cooking
1. Clean vegetables. Chop the zucchini, tomatoes, mushrooms.
Cabbage, pepper, eggplant, onion.
2. In a hot pan with oil fry the eggplant for 3 minutes... (before that, sprinkle with salt, leave for 10 minutes, then rinse).
3. add zucchini... stir fry 3 minutes.
4. add the cabbage, bell pepper... stir fry 3 minutes.
5. add the mushrooms... stir fry 3 minutes.
6. add the tomatoes and a spoon of sour cream... stir fry 3 minutes.
7. add spices... mix well.
8. add sesame seeds, stir and stew all together for 5 minutes.
