Cooking
For the dough, mix 100 g of cottage cheese, 2 eggs and white (leave the yolk for coating the donuts), sugar, salt, vegetable oil, vanilla, baking powder (or 1 part tsp slaked soda).
Mix well (you can use a mixer) and add 300-400 grams of flour. It's about 2 - 2.5 cups. It took me 2.5 cups. Knead the dough into a ball and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Mix the filling - cottage cheese, sugar (to taste), sour cream, vanilla. You can add poppy seeds or dried fruits, candied fruits. It all depends on your imagination and tastes)
Remove dough and divide into 12-14 balls. From each ball to make a cake, or Cup the hands and make a hole, put about 1 tbsp filling.
Brush with remaining egg yolk. Bake in a preheated 190-200 degree oven for 25-30 minutes. Cheesecake is good "grow" in the oven)
Remove from baking sheet, you can sprinkle sugar powder and to invite all to the table! Believe me, the tarts are eaten very quickly!
