Rolls with cabbage
If you like cabbage, then you here! Come on in, I will treat you to their signature rolls!

Ingredients

  • Yeast dough

    1 pack

  • Sauerkraut

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Apple

    1 piece

  • Dry white wine

    200 ml

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Allspice

    1 piece

  • Black pepper

    5 piece

  • Butter

    20 g

Onions finely chop and fry in sunflower oil. Apple peel and cut into pieces, add to the onions. Fry for a minute.
