Today I want to give this cake to the birthday of two great cooks Olechka (GuberNaToR) and Ira (korolina)! I hope, my dear friends, this delicious, fluffy, moderately moist and moderately sweet cupcake will have you. And You, dear cooks, help yourself to health!

2. In hot milk add the coffee and stir well until it dissolves.
3. Beat eggs with sugar in a lush lather (beat with a mixer at medium speed 5-7 minutes).
4. In whipped with sugar eggs, add a pinch of salt and 1 Cup sifted flour. Mix well the dough with a spatula (whip is not necessary!!!)
5. Soda repay vinegar: in a glass pour the soda, add the vinegar and mix well.
6. The dough, prepared in step 4, add coffee with milk, hydrated soda, add the second Cup sifted flour and mix well the dough.
7. Add soft butter (margarine), sour cream, cinnamon, vanilla and mix well the dough. Do not worry if You have small fractions of butter, so be it. Because of this, when baking you get a "perforated" structure of the test and additional "fluffiness".
8. Spread the batter in greased with vegetable oil and sprinkled with breadcrumbs form cake pan (Ø 26 cm). Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 40-45 minutes (until dry splinter). The first 25 minutes do not open the oven door and do not knock!
9. After baking, remove the cake from the oven, release from the mold (the cake is good "jumps") and let cool completely.
Optionally sprinkle the cooled cake with powdered sugar.
