Cooking
Beat the sugar with the soft butter. Add sour cream, lemon zest and egg. Beat.
Add the baking powder and part of flour and whisk. Then gradually add flour hands and knead elastic dough. Don't score it with flour.
Sprinkle the table with flour just a little bit and roll out the dough quite thinly, like the dumplings. A glass cut circles in the center, spread the jam. The form gives the dumpling. We put bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes at 180 gr. I used a silicone Mat, so the baking sheet with oil lubricated
