Description
"Lotuses" are very tasty, cook them very simply. They are universal because the filling you can choose to your taste (the filling can be made from leftovers or lunch), and you can take them with you on the road or on a picnic.

Cooking
In a pan fry meat, mushrooms, onion and garlic until tender. Pepper, pour 3 tbsp. of Kikkoman soy sauce and stir.
Boil potatoes until cooked, mash the mixture add tbsp of butter. To combine mashed potatoes and meat with mushrooms mix everything carefully.
The dough defrosted. Roll out the layer and cut out the mould an even number of circles.
To connect the two circles together, in the middle put the stuffing in a ball.
To take the edge making the khinkali.
Baking tray lay pergamentom. "Lotuses" to put the seam side down. Top with a sharp knife to make three nadeza. Lubricate the "Lotus" egg and bake at 200 C until tender about 20 minutes.
Ready lotuses sprinkled with green onions and pour in the middle a little soy sauce Kikkoman. Bon appetit!
