Delicate snack roll made from choux pastry, freshness, and originality which gives light fish salad. A great option for Breakfast, and for the festive table.

Cooking
Choux dough. In a saucepan with the milk put margarine and put on fire.
Bring to a boil, stirring until margarine is fully melted. Remove from heat and immediately pour all the flour with the baking powder. Quickly stir until smooth. Set aside and let cool slightly.
Mixer one to RUB the eggs, each time well and carefully vymeshivaem.
Baking tray lay a paper greased with butter. Pour the batter and distribute evenly. Send in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20 minutes.
The finished dough out and allow to cool.
Filling: In a bowl add the finely diced cucumber.
There also add chopped boiled eggs and finely chopped onion.
Now add mashed with a fork tuna, chopped green onions and dill.
Add a little mayonnaise, salt and pepper and all mix well.
To the cooled dough to evenly distribute the filling.
... and rolled into a roll. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for a few hours, preferably overnight. To get and cut.
