Roll with fish salad
Delicate snack roll made from choux pastry, freshness, and originality which gives light fish salad. A great option for Breakfast, and for the festive table.

Ingredients

  • Margarine

    100 g

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Flour

    150 g

  • Leavening agent

    0.5 pack

  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Tuna

    1 can

  • Cucumber

    0.5 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Mayonnaise

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Choux dough. In a saucepan with the milk put margarine and put on fire.

Bring to a boil, stirring until margarine is fully melted. Remove from heat and immediately pour all the flour with the baking powder. Quickly stir until smooth. Set aside and let cool slightly.

Mixer one to RUB the eggs, each time well and carefully vymeshivaem.

Baking tray lay a paper greased with butter. Pour the batter and distribute evenly. Send in a preheated 200 degree oven for 20 minutes.

Filling: In a bowl add the finely diced cucumber.
